Elder Edward F. McNeil, Jr.
Elder Edward F. McNeil, Jr is the only child of Edward and Jewel McNeil, Sr. He was baptize and received the gift of the Holy Ghost at the age of nine (9) years old at Bethlehem Healing Temple under his pastor Bishop Scottie Jackson, Sr.
In April 1995, he meet Florence Hardy and they were married on April 19, 1997. They have two sons Karorie McNeil and Julian McNeil.
Elder McNeil was Bethlehem Healing Temple‘s loyal organist for many years. He was their Minister of Music. He played professionally for many artists and choirs. But Elder McNeil wasn’t just an anointed musician, but a minister who happened to play music.
Elder McNeil accepted his call to the ministry at the age of twenty (20); he was ordained in 2005 to the office of an Elder. He received his Bachelor’s of Theology from Muskegon Bible Institute.
In 2008, he was released by Bishop Scottie Jackson to start a ministry in Indianapolis, Indiana. After having served six (6) years under Bishop Lambert Gates Sr. and Mt. Zion Apostolic church in what Elder McNeil calls, “God’s final development process.” He started True Word Worship Center of the Apostolic Faith church; but as that ministry started.; Elder McNeil received a call to go back to Gary, Indiana and pastor Bethlehem Healing Temple Church.
He was installed as the Senior Pastor on October 4, 2014 and continues to serve as God’s leader and senior pastor of this church.
